Position : Senior Applications Support Executive
Location : KL - Cheras


Job Description

  • To provide SAP application support (1st level support) to users

  • To provide support of full SAP project/service request life cycle

  • To handle SAP user access and authorisation for MY users

  • To monitor and manage the SAP system archiving for SKU and documents master data

  • Working closely with Level 2 support and recommend SAP solutions, enhancements, and changes of work processes as required

  • To provide SAP end-user training

  • To perform any IT-related duties assigned by the Manager

  • Deal with people both on a business level and IT level and act as the technical point of contact to resolve their application and systems issues that disrupt the service they depends upon


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

  • Required skill(s): Retail processes/functionalities

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field

  • We emphasize teamwork hence providing advice and guidance to junior colleagues is a MUST

  • Strong incident management process and good team spirit

  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually

  • Customers and end-users focused

  • Based in Cheras
