Position : IT Training Executive
Location : KL - Cheras

 

Job Description
  • Design and implement annual IT training calendar

  • Deliver and facilitate IT training for users

  • Responsible for the set-up of the learning environment and resources arrangement

  • Develop the e-learning platform and materials

  • Deliver IT training in physical and/or online (e.g. e-learning and webinar) settings

  • Develop new IT training materials to meet training needs

  • Oversee and update the training materials, and schedules to ensure they are effective and up-to-date

  • Monitoring the training process through feedback to analyse training effectiveness

  • To perform any IT-related duties assigned by the Manager

  • To deal with people both on a business level and IT level and act as the technical point of contact to resolve their application and systems issues that disrupt the service they depend upon

 
Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent

  • At least two (2) years of related working experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Good in public speaking

  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually

  • Customers and end-users focused

  • Good team player to be a supportive member and work well with others 

  • Based in Cheras
