We are looking for dynamic, committed individuals to join us as Sales Executives! 

Here's what you'll be doing:

• To achieve individual and group sales target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Develop and present proficient understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Identify opportunity in promoting company’s products or/and services through various marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage and nurture long-term relationship with customers through regular visits or via telephone, email and etc.
• Manage & follow up on customer’s payment.
• Negotiate the best trade deal with new or/and existing customers follow the terms and conditions set by the company.
• Identify and develop new potential accounts locally for traditional book-selling or non-traditional channels.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field is required.
• Outgoing and sales-driven personalities.
• Strong communication & sales skills, able to converse well with all clients & customers.
• Bilingual in Bahasa Melayu & English, and able to speak in Mandarin to associate with Mandarin speaker customers.
• Has experience in developing networking or new channels would be a plus point.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and outstation.
• The position is only available at Johor Bahru.
• Remuneration package includes salary + allowances + incentives.
