The story begins with a young boy named Dai. Dai, the young protagonist of the series, is the only human living on the island. Having been raised by Brass and with his best friend, the monster Gome, Dai grows up dreaming of becoming a hero.

Kisah bermula dengan seorang budak lelaki bernama Dai. Dai, watak utama muda bagi siri ini, ialah satu-satu manusia hidup di atas pulau ini. Dibesar oleh Brass dan bersama dengan kawan karibnya, raksasa Gome, Dai semakin membesar dan berimpian untuk menjadi wira.

故事的主角达伊是这岛上唯一的人类。从小被怪物Brass抚养，和他的怪物好友Gome一起长大，达伊从小的梦想就是成为一名勇者。

Sadako Live Action The Movie Mayu (Elaiza Ikeda) is a psychology counselor at a hospital. She begins to counsel a girl (Himeka Himejima) who is protected by the police. Mayu ialah seorang kaunselor psikologi di hospital. Dia mulai memberi kaunseling kepada seorang gadis yang dilindungi oleh polis. Gadis ini tidak ingat sebarang termasuk nama dirinya.
