Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the analysis, design, development, maintenance in any of the following areas: SAP IS-Retail - FICO, SD, MM & WM
• ​​Participate in project implementation activities
• Working closely with the SAP support team and team leads to prepare the functional specifications and design documents and/or change request documents for approval
• ​Provide and share domain knowledge with the in-house team and business units
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors and users to gather and define requirements
• Develop functional test scripts and system documentations
• Maintain and optimize existing interfaces between ERP system and 3rd parties systems; and develop new interfaces
• Provide assistance and training to users to carry out UAT and integration testing

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• ​​At least 5 years of experience in SD/MM/IS-Retail in SAP consulting and supporting roles
• knowledge in SAP ABAP programming will be an advantage
• Good understanding of business processes
• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to learn and develop independently
• Proactive and willingness to accept new challenges
• Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
• Good interpersonal, team work, communication skills among colleagues and users
