Job Description

• To provide support and assist A&P Section Head in planning, implementation and monitoring of all advertising and promotion activities.

• To consistently monitor A&P expenditure vs budget set.

• To work closely with Merchandising and Operations Departments on new product launches and nationwide promotions.

• To assist in developing point-of-sales materials and ensuring that these materials are allocated to all outlets on schedule.

• To work closely with the appointed advertising agencies and other suppliers on all above and below-the-line advertising programmes, ensuring cost-effectiveness at all times.

• To assist the A&P Section Head in the preparation of Quarterly Reviews, Annual Marketing Plans and Business Reviews.

• To establish visual merchandising guidelines and ensure their adherence by all outlets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

• Preferable 1-2 years of working experience in Marketing related field

• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills

• Able to multi-task and cope with fast pace working environment

• Possess high level of responsibility and commitment

• Based at Cheras
