Executing CRM strategy, aimed at driving acquisition, increasing conversion, improving retention and cultivate loyalty.

Ensure full compliance with Persona Data Protection Act regulations with respect to collection, handling, and storage of members’ data in day-to-day work.

Generate and compile CRM analysis/reports and campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and Loyalty campaigns and brand performance
-
Continuously improve and optimize CRM and loyalty programs based on customer insights, industry trends, and business needs.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines

comfortable with database marketing practice

A high level of numeracy and analytical ability with strong business sense

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills

Must be detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient
-
3-5 years of Loyalty & CRM experience in retail industry is advantageous
