Robotics scientist Keitaro Jin and his son Keisuke become caught up in the campaign of terror by an evil organization known as "G.O.D.". To avenge his father's death and ensure the safety of the entire world, Keisuke uses this technology as he battles the monstrous minions of G.O.D..

Ahli sains robot Keitaro Jin dan anaknya Keisuke menjadi sasaran dalam satu aktiviti keganasan organisasi jahat yang dikenali sebagai ‘G.O.D’. Mereka diserang dan teknologi professor telah dicuri, namun sebelum Keitaro mati, dia berjaya menjalani surgery pada anaknya. Dengan teknologi robot terakhirnya, dia menukarkan anaknya menjadi ‘ Kamen Rider X’. Demi membalas dendam atas kematian ayahnya dan juga menjamin keselamatan dunia ini, Keisuke mengguna teknologi ini untuk bertarung dengan konco-konco G.O.D.
