Deku, Bakugo and the other students of U.A. Academy Class 1-A get temporarily assigned for hero work on an island south of Japan. All Might, retired No. 1 Hero, told them it is part of a project to raise the next generation of heroes. On the island, Deku and the others assist the citizens with their daily tasks. Things are calm at first until a group of villains, led by Nine, suddenly appear to destroy the island`s facilities. As they try to figure out why Nine is attacking the island, Deku and his friends must protect the citizens from Nine and his gang of villains.

以綠谷久出所就讀的「雄英高中」英雄科 1 年 A 班為主角群，因上級推行「新世代英雄養成計畫」，全班便外派到日本南方的「那步島」擔任短期駐島英雄，保衛島民的安全與和平。在這個許久都不曾發生重大事件的平靜小島上，同學們接到的任務，大多也都是幫忙日常打雜的小事。然而，一群謎樣的敵人(Villain) 卻突然襲擊真幌（CV. 黑澤朋世）跟活真（CV. 寺崎裕香）這對小姊弟，企圖捉走弟弟活真！ 究竟敵人的目的是什麼，一年 A 班的英雄們能否完成這次的任務呢？

Ketua League of Villains, Shigaraki Tomurra, merancang untuk memusnahkan semua golongan hero. Deku dan pelajar-pelajar kelas 1-A U.A. Academy Class dihantar ke sebuah pulau di selatan Jepun untuk melibatkan diri dalam projek melatih hero generasi baru seperti yang diberitahu oleh All Might. Mereka perlu membantu penduduk pulau itu melakukan kerja harian mereka. Bagaimanapun, mereka diganggu oleh penjahat-penjahat diketuai Nine yang tiba-tiba muncul dan memusnahkan kemudahan di pulau itu. Kini Deku, Bakugo dan pelajar-pelajar lain perlu bersatu untuk melawan Nine dan menyelamatkan penduduk pulau itu.
